Pilgreen-Towns Land Company, L.L.C., is a privately held, family owned Company doing business in South Central AR and North Central LA. We manage our diverse forest in a environmentally friendly way to provide income and recreation for shareholders and hunting opportunities for private hunting clubs.
Only certified Master Loggers harvest our timber in accordance with the Best Management Practices for Logging and who respect our requirement that Stream Management Zones remain intact. Our yearly volume of hardwood and pine timber produced is sufficient to allow us to sell directly to the larger mills, inproving profits for our shareholders.
We buy both fee-simple interest & undivided interest in forest land.
Since 2003, we have partnered with several Estates, where the estate's heirs elect to not expend the sometimes considerable funds for attorney fees, to purchase an undivided interest in the estate & offer the heirs a long term lease for their portion of the land ownership |
